New classes at the Lewisburg Yoga Center

Join us at the Lewisburg Yoga Center for two new classes. Cate Bennett is offering Pilates on Monday evening at 4:45 and on Thursday at 6:15. Augustus Saldana is teaching Tai Chi - QiGong on Friday at 6:00. He teaches QiGong on Wednesday at 11:30 am and Saturday at 10:00 am. For better health and well being come to the Yoga Center. We offer over 20 classes per week throughout the day.
